LT PRIVÉ — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the LT Privé membership program (“LT Privé” or “Membership”) operated by Label Terrace (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to LT Privé, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
LT Privé is a paid membership that provides eligible members with access to member pricing, extended return eligibility, shipping benefits, and other related advantages while the membership remains active.
Membership benefits apply only to the account associated with the email address used at the time of subscription.
2. Shipping Benefits
- Complimentary shipping is available on orders with a merchandise value of EUR 200 or above.
- Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
European Union: 1–3 business days
Worldwide: 5–10 business days - Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Returns & Cooling-Off Rights
3.1 LT Privé Returns
- LT Privé members may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Certain items may be excluded from return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons (such as jewellery or beauty products). Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3.2 EU Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. This right applies independently of LT Privé membership benefits.
4. Return Process & Refunds
Return requests must be submitted through the customer account associated with the order:

Once a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items and issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Membership Fees & Billing
LT Privé membership fees are billed in advance according to the selected subscription plan.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or early termination.
If a member changes their subscription frequency or plan, any adjustment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, and the updated plan will take effect immediately.
